Refund policy

At Vayanaa, we value your satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy below:

Returns

  • You may request a return within 8 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
  • To start a return, please contact us at support@vayanaa.in. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Refunds / Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Once your return is accepted, you will receive store credit equal to your purchase amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on Vayanaa.in.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
  • In such cases, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost, and we will cover the return shipping.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items, custom-made products, gift cards, and personal care goods cannot be returned.
